Our excess inventory team will qualify the incoming call, and using their experience, obtain the highest possible sales price for the line item. Your Company will provide a minimum price per part that needs to be recovered, and we will base our negotiations from that minimum. If an offer comes in below your minimum requirement, we will inform you just in case you want to accept it.
EIC will maintain an Excel Spreadsheet on a secured page online for your convenience, tracking all quantities sold. EIC will provide the name of the company buying your parts, along with their Purchase Order number. We will at all times maintain an open book policy for your information.
By keeping the inventory on your shelf, Your Company is able to keep their options open. EIC will be posting your line items as though it were in our inventory, ready for same day shipment, which is a major selling advantage. It will be in our interest to obtain the highest selling price above your minimum as this is where we will earn our commission.
If you are interested, please enter your list of all the line items you would like posted. It is of extreme importance that only items available for immediate shipment be listed. Credibility with the potential buyers looking at the search engines is a must. Should a line item become unavailable due to Your Company needing them, please inform us immediately so that we may remove it from our postings.
